
Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles, patted dry
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh horseradish or 1 tbsp. horseradish from a jar, drained and squeezed dry
- 3/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 8 slices of rustic country white bread, lightly toasted
- 1 lb. of leftover sliced turkey
Preparation
In a bowl, stir the first 6 ingredients. Season the sauce with salt; spread on 4 slices of toast. Top with the turkey and the remaining sauce and toast.
